The Role
We’re expanding in the UK & EU and looking for a Client Success Manager to support and grow our brand and retail partnerships. This role is pivotal in ensuring our partners achieve success on our platform by delivering strategic guidance, seamless campaign execution, and proactive relationship management.
As a Client Success Manager, you will work closely with internal teams – including Sales, Commerce Operations, and Livestream & Shoppable Video Producers – to enhance client satisfaction, drive retention, and support revenue growth. This is an ideal role for someone with 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, e-commerce, or client-facing project management, looking to grow within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned brand and retail partners, ensuring their goals align with Orca’s platform.
• Develop and execute client success strategies that drive engagement, performance, and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate across teams to advocate for client needs and contribute to process improvements.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion to maximize client success and revenue potential.
• Manage top creator communications & build relationships that can be activated for various campaigns
• Assist in reporting efforts, delivering actionable insights, and performance data to clients.
• Assisting with inventory and logistics planning and execution.
• Stay up-to-date on social commerce trends, providing thought leadership internally and externally.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Client Success, Account Management, Digital Media, E-commerce, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role, preferably in a digital-first company.
• Strong track record of building and maintaining successful client & creator relationships.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Knowledge of the creator economy, social commerce, and digital marketing trends.
• Bonus: Experience with TikTok Shop or livestream selling (brand, creator, or platform side)
Nice to Haves:
• Experience at a high-growth startup.
• Passion for the intersection of content, commerce, and community.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Looker, Airtable, and CRM platforms.
