Job Description
Orca is looking for a Client Success Manager to support and grow our brand and retail partnerships. This role is pivotal in ensuring our partners achieve success on our platform by delivering strategic guidance, seamless campaign execution, and proactive relationship management.
As a Client Success Manager, you will work closely with internal teams—including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations—to enhance client satisfaction, drive retention, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a client-focused, analytical, and strategic thinker with a strong grasp of digital media, e-commerce, and the evolving creator economy.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned brand and retail partners, ensuring their goals align with Orca’s platform.
• Develop and execute client success strategies that drive engagement, performance, and long-term partnerships.
• Work with the Production and Commerce teams to onboard new clients and optimize their experience.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate across teams to advocate for client needs and contribute to platform improvements.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion to maximize client success and revenue potential.
• Assist in reporting efforts, delivering actionable insights and performance data to clients.
• Stay up-to-date on social commerce trends, providing thought leadership internally and externally.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Client Success, Account Management, Digital Media, E-commerce, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a related role, preferably in a digital-first company.
• Strong track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Knowledge of the creator economy, social commerce, and digital marketing trends.
