About the hotels Hampton by Hilton, London City - Responding to strong demand for the Hampton by Hilton brand in London, the hotel opened in May 2023 through a partnership with Dominus Group. The hotel is a stone’s throw from Old Spitalfields Market, sandwiched between Shoreditch and the City, London's historic business district. Plans will revitalise the 1960s building with features that complement the surrounding historic architecture. The property opened with 129 guestrooms and grew to 278 guestrooms in late 2023. Hampton by Hilton, Bath City - Opened in 2022, The Hampton by Hilton Bath City, has 202 contemporary guest rooms and is located on Avon Street, in the heart of the vibrant UNESCO City of Bath. The hotel features an on-site restaurant and bar and a 24-hour gym. Using the full portfolio of revenue management practices and techniques they will generate short, medium and long-term strategies for profitable revenue generation across all the hotels activities. - Optimize room inventory availability for the next 13 months. - Support hotel teams with revenue upselling strategies and explore Total Revenue opportunities. - Manage e-commerce activities and ensure return on investment (ROI) within the allocated budget. - Regularly audit and maintain the accuracy of data input (segmentation, reservations, group chase and wash, selling strategies, etc.). - Evaluate the performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operators, corporate, consortia, crew, groups, etc.). - Provide structure and support for the annual revenue budget process. Key Skills - Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse data and identify trends. - Practical experience in commercial revenue management. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Excellent command of English, both written and verbal. - Expertise in planning, organizing, communication, and influencing. - Commercial mindset with a proactive sales approach. About you - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or Economics is desired - 3+ years of hands-on experience in Hotel Revenue Management is essential - Experience in hotel, area, or corporate roles related to distribution or revenue management - Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Excel - Familiarity with hotel technology, including IdeaS GRO, PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, and Extranets is essential - Proven ability to impact and influence hotel commercial decisions - Strong training and coaching skills - Effective in articulating and implementing change Our culture Working in collaboration nationwide, we make a daily difference at street level, with landmark developments, innovative partnerships and a progressive, long-term view of the future.
