About You
• Proven D2C leader with experience owning growth across acquisition, retention, brand and product
• Commercial mindset with full P&L ownership and strategic decision-making skills
• Hands-on operator, equally confident with data, creative and team leadership
• Skilled across paid social, influencer marketing, lifecycle and content strategy
• Strong across Shopify, GA4, CRM platforms and analytics tools
• Bonus points for experience with subscriptions, launching new products, or geographic expansion
