Lead AI/ML & 3D Systems Engineer (CTO-Track) Location: Remote / Hybrid Experience: 3–5 years (not prior CTO) Type: Full-time | Co-founder Track | Equity Only (Pre-Funding) About the Role We're building the future of immersive fashion. At Sixth Dimension Labs, we're leveraging AI, AR/VR, and 3D technology to transform how people shop for fashion online. We're looking for a hands-on technologist, not a seasoned CTO, but someone with 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML and 3D engineering who wants to grow into that role. You'll help architect our platform's AI and backend foundations, build real-time avatar and garment simulations, and bring immersive commerce to life. What You'll Do • Develop fit prediction and style recommendation models using ML • Build and integrate 3D avatars and garment simulations (mesh, drape, rigging) • Design backend systems and APIs that support real-time AR/VR interactions • Work alongside AR/VR developers and designers to bring IER to life • Help structure the data and compute pipeline (biometric, e-commerce, visual) • Prepare the platform for scale, security, and SaaS integrations • Please contribute to our technical IP and patent filings You Have • 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML and backend development • Strong hands-on knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar • Experience with 3D models, avatars, or simulation (e.g., Unity, Unreal, Blender, WebGL) • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), RESTful APIs, and containerisation • A portfolio or GitHub demonstrating applied ML or 3D engineering work • Curiosity, initiative, and readiness to co-build from zero • What You Get • Founding-level equity and title growth • Direct impact on a sustainable, future-facing industry • Access to high-end fashion partners and an investor network • A chance to define the future of immersive commerce
