Role description
Description: I own a legally registered business (Tech Nova Hub Inc) and a high-potential domain/brand, digitalbynova.com, that is currently active but on standby. I'm looking for a co-founder or partner who can take the reins and scale the business in exchange for equity and future revenue or profit share. You’ll have near-complete freedom to run operations, marketing, and product direction. I will support from the background with domain/IP, business setup, and advisory if needed. I’m not involved day-to-day β€” I’m looking for someone to lead. This role will begin with a short-term contributor trial (1–3 months) to assess alignment and capability. If we’re a good fit, equity and formal responsibilities will be granted through a founder agreement, including a standard 4-year vesting schedule with a 1-year cliff.
