Role description
We are partnered with a rapidly scaling consumer brand bringing the bold, authentic flavours of Taiwan to the UK. With an innovative product range and a mission to make their range a daily delight, they serve customers across retail, wholesale, hospitality, and events. Now, they are seeking an entrepreneurial Commercial Manager to shape and deliver the next phase of their growth. The Role As Commercial Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the company’s commercial strategy and execution. You’ll drive revenue growth across multiple channels (retail, wholesale, e-commerce, B2B), optimise pricing and product mix, and identify new opportunities and partnerships to propel the brand forward. Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll ensure commercial goals align with our mission and values. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the commercial strategy to deliver sustained revenue growth. • Identify and prioritise new market opportunities across retail, franchising, events, hospitality, and wholesale. • Lead high-value negotiations with suppliers, distributors, and strategic partners. • Drive performance across all sales channels, setting and managing sales targets and forecasts. • Own and optimise the commercial P&L; ensure cost efficiency and scalability in collaboration with operations and finance. • Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform commercial decisions. • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing commercial team. About You • 5+ years’ experience in a senior commercial leadership role within F&B, QSR, consumer brand, or franchise business. • Proven track record of driving multi-channel revenue growth. • Strong strategic thinker with solid financial acumen and P&L ownership. • Excellent negotiation and partnership management skills. • Experience in fast-growing or early-stage businesses is highly desirable. • Passion for food, beverage, and youth culture. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach and ability to deliver results.
