Performance Tracking & Reporting • Monitor sales and margin performance on a rolling basis by account and market. • Analyse variances and provide data-driven insights to support better planning and execution. • Deliver regular reporting to senior stakeholders on commercial KPIs, regional performance, and ROI. Promotional & Markdown Strategy • Develop and manage promotional and markdown plans that support sell-through without compromising margin targets. • Oversee investments in trade marketing, in-season support, and incentives in line with commercial performance. Supplier & Cost Negotiation • Lead or support negotiations with suppliers to secure optimal pricing, terms, and cost structures. • Maintain full visibility of all cost components, including royalties, duties, logistics, and rebates. Skills & Experience Required • Proven experience in commercial management, wholesale strategy, or sales leadership across UK and European markets. • Background in fashion, apparel, or consumer goods, ideally with multi-market exposure. • Strong knowledge of cost structures, pricing, and margin management. • Analytical mindset with the ability to build and manage integrated commercial plans. • Experience working cross-functionally across product, finance, planning, and ecommerce. • Track record of managing retail and distribution partners across Europe. • Leadership skills with experience managing commercial or sales teams. • Strategic, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
