📌 The Role
This is a high-ownership role with direct visibility to the founder. You’ll manage the NPD critical path, coordinate trade marketing assets, and provide internal and external sales support. You’ll be responsible for ensuring alignment across the business and holding stakeholders to account. It’s an opportunity to have a tangible impact on a growing challenger brand, working closely with commercial, marketing, and manufacturing teams to bring products from concept to shelf.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
· Manage the NPD critical path - from idea generation to launch, ensuring timelines are met and stakeholders are aligned.
· Coordinate trade marketing collateral - sales decks, product spec sheets, POS materials, and other customer-facing assets.
· Act as the internal sales support function - managing product data, sales materials, and order-related queries.
· Track and report progress on commercial projects, highlighting risks and driving timely resolutions.
· Serve as the primary link between commercial, marketing, and manufacturing, ensuring smooth communication and accountability.
· Support commercial meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing actions, and following up.
· Help build systems and processes to improve operational efficiency as the business grows.
🎯 About You
• 5+ years’ experience in a commercial or NPD role in FMCG (food & drink experience strongly preferred).
• Strong organisational skills and project management ability, with a track record of delivering against deadlines.
• Commercially sharp with an understanding of sales processes, customer needs, and retail dynamics. Confident with P&Ls, pricing, and trade planning
• Excellent communicator - confident in managing stakeholders internally and externally.
• Comfortable using CRM systems like Monday.com and Hubspot, experience with project tracking tools, AI tools or commercial automation platforms is a plus.
• Thrives in a small, fast-paced environment where you can take ownership and make things happen.
• Ambitious, solutions-focused, and ready to grow
