Job Description We are seeking a Commercial Partnerships Lead to drive a new phase of growth through strategic partnerships. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on building and executing a commercial-first partnerships strategy. You will be responsible for creating new revenue streams by identifying, engaging, and managing commercial partners. Your success will be directly measured by your ability to generate new business leads and revenue for Feefo. This role is distinct from our previous partnerships functions as it is strategically focused on marketing and commercial outcomes over tech (a 70:30 split), rather than general partner management. You'll be the primary driver of Feefo's partnership-led lead & revenue generation and will collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless process from lead to revenue. Job Requirements • Proven  experience in a commercial partnerships, business development, or channel  marketing role within a B2B SaaS environment. • Demonstrable  experience of generating leads and revenue through successful partnership  programs. • Strong  commercial acumen with a clear focus on data and measurable outcomes. • Excellent  negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated  and able to work autonomously to achieve targets. Job Responsibilities • Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a data-driven strategy to identify, recruit, and onboard high-value commercial partners, such as digital marketing agencies, e-commerce platforms, and industry consultants. • Revenue  and Lead Generation: Be directly accountable for generating a target  number of qualified leads and new business revenue through partnership  initiatives. This is a core metric for the role's success. • Joint  Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and launch  co-branded campaigns, including webinars, case studies, and content  marketing, that drive demand and conversions. • Relationship  Management: Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with  new and existing commercial partners to maximize mutual value and drive  sustained growth. • Performance  Analysis: Regularly analyze and report on partnership performance  using key metrics like lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI. Use these  insights to optimize your strategy. • Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize commercial terms and agreements with new partners.
