Role description
Do Clothing is an own-brand range of life-inspired performance apparel. We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join the Do Clothing team as a Content & Brand Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging, high-quality written and visual content across all Do Clothing channels. You’ll act as a channel expert for key social platforms, focusing on growing and managing our community while proactively exploring new content opportunities. You will also have the ability to host or generate AV, audio, or 2D content as needed, ensuring our storytelling is always fresh and impactful. Your remit will go beyond content creation β€” you’ll play a vital role in website dressing, merchandising, and representing the brand at shows and exhibitions. Whether online or in person, you will ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand identity and delivers a seamless customer experience. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to deliver key campaigns to tight deadlines while maintaining our high creative standards. Responsibilities of a Content & Brand Engagement Specialist: β€’ Create exciting content to engage, grow and inspire our audience (Image, Written). β€’ Support all digital content tasks across all Social Media & Digital Content Editor functions. β€’ Participate in the development and delivery of the content strategy, which integrates social media, blogs and eCommerce marketing. β€’ Be prepared to present on audio and visual content, as required, hosting guests for Q&A sessions and insight sessions. β€’ Ensure the high quality of all visual assets to enhance and promote the brand in the eyes of the consumer. β€’ Manage and deliver the shared social calendar to support the growth of key channels. β€’ Listen across social channels and customer reviews/feedback pages to identify, create and present content the consumer requires. β€’ Plan and coordinate brand presence at trade shows, pop-ups, and exhibitions. β€’ Maintain the visual presentation and product merchandising of the Do Clothing website. β€’ Regularly update product listings, imagery, and promotional banners in line with marketing activity. β€’ Collaborate with our in-house e-commerce team to optimise site navigation and enhance the customer journey.
