Job Title: Content & Operations Coordinator (Shopify) Location: West London (Hybrid – 3 days in-house) Contract: 3-month contract Day Rate: £140–£160 per day Schedule: Tuesdays and Wednesdays required in the office; flexibility on Mondays or Thursdays Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Content & Operations Coordinator to support the ongoing management of our global eCommerce stores. This role is focused on content maintenance and operational tasks across multiple Shopify storefronts, including the UK, USA, Germany, and EU sites. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and update content across four Shopify stores (UK, USA, Germany, EU) • Build and manage content pages and collections to ensure consistency and accuracy across platforms • Support global trading initiatives by ensuring timely updates and content alignment • Collaborate with internal teams to execute operational tasks efficiently • Ensure smooth functioning of the Shopify platform and troubleshoot basic issues • Work in-house three days a week Requirements: • Experience working with Shopify (preferred) • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks across different regional storefronts • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Availability to work in-house on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with flexibility on other days If you're keen on applying please contact fbruell@welovesalt.com
