Role Overview We’re looking for a Content Graphic Designer to join our team and support design efforts across product pages, marketing assets, and brand content. This is a mid-level role for someone who is detail-oriented, fast-moving, and comfortable designing within visual systems β€” from templated ecommerce layouts to brand campaigns, social media, and presentations. You’ll be working closely with creative leads, copywriters, and strategists to translate ideas into compelling visuals that work across channels. You are someone who loves visual storytelling, marketing assets, and graphic layout across multiple formats. You’ll primarily support large-scale content projects, with additional opportunities to contribute to internal and client branding, marketing, and social efforts. This role will work closely with other team members and under the direction of our Head of Design and Studio Director. What You'll Do β€’ Design content-focused graphics and layouts for product pages, brand assets, and marketing visuals β€’ Work within existing brand and design systems to create scalable templates and components β€’ Collaborate with writers and strategists to bring concepts to life visually β€’ Support production of high-volume page graphics (e.g., icons, illustrations, feature callouts, visual modules) β€’ Create visual assets for social campaigns, internal decks, and presentation materials β€’ Adapt designs across formats (desktop, mobile, social, print, internal tools) β€’ Prepare files for development and QA as needed (image specs, exports, polish) β€’ Contribute to visual consistency, clarity, and accessibility across projects Who You Are β€’ 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, content design, or visual production β€’ Strong portfolio showing clean, scalable design work across digital formats (web, social, branded content) β€’ Comfortable working within existing brand and UI systems β€’ Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite ( Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) β€’ Detail-oriented, fast, and responsive to feedback β€’ Able to juggle multiple tasks and keep pace with production schedules β€’ Good communicator, comfortable collaborating with non-design teammates β€’ Bonus: experience with CMS systems, ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify), or social video β€’ Bonus: familiarity with basic accessibility guidelines for digital content Why Join Us β€’ Flexible work hours, generous PTO, and a remote-friendly team β€’ A supportive and ego-free design culture β€’ Health and wellness stipends, tech stipends, and opportunities for professional growth β€’ The chance to work on high-impact, enterprise-scale design systems that reach global audiences Salary Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
