What you'll be doing • Crafting innovative, engaging original content for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook that captures attention and amplifies our brand voice. • Staying one step ahead of platform shifts, algorithms, and cultural trends - adapting them into creative content that maximises reach and engagement. • Planning and scheduling a consistent content calendar, working hand-in-hand with the social team to keep execution sharp and seamless. • Collaborating across teams to make sure our social output amplifies every campaign, launch, and brand milestone. • Building authentic connections with our audience, encouraging loyalty and a real sense of community. • Pitching and experimenting with new ideas, growth hacks, and creative formats to drive awareness, reach, and community growth. What you'll do • Plan, create & deliver engaging Cleens content across all platforms and communication channels. • Own and grow our social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) - organic and paid. • Oversee long-form and short-form content across video, stills, graphics, and copy - working with agencies and our in-house team. • Ensure seamless content distribution across desktop, mobile, apps, CRM, and media. • Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, ops, customer care) to align content with business goals and launches. • Work closely with our web agency on day-to-day updates, development, and UX/UI improvements. • Localise content to resonate with different global markets and audiences. • Support and manage content launches, campaigns, and creative briefs. • Conduct A/B testing and experiments to refine digital experiences and improve performance. • Spot opportunities to level up our content output and marketing campaigns. • Coordinate model booking, styling, and shoot content production. Experience and skill required • Minimum 2 years’ experience in content marketing, digital product management, social media, or content coordination. • Hands-on ability to create and edit still and video content for social channels. • Understanding of the Cleens brand, fashion/luxury industry and our consumer mindset. • Strong knowledge of how content drives engagement, growth, and retention. • Excellent organisation, communication, and presentation skills. • Accuracy, attention to detail, and a commercial mindset. • Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Confident managing your own workload, meeting deadlines, and adapting quickly when priorities shift. • Strong ability to interpret briefs, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver solutions. • Willingness to learn new skills, travel in the UK and internationally, and play a full role in building the Cleens community. • Skilled in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. • Experience with Shopify or other web platforms. • Fashion retail industry background. • Confident in briefing and creating social media assets (including shoot content). • Graphic design, print production, or Adobe Creative Suite skills. • Full UK driving license.
