Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Content & Item Management Specialist to support our client businesses. This role will be responsible for ensuring best-in-class digital shelf presence by managing content syndication, item setup, troubleshooting, and cross-functional execution. The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, thrives in a fast-paced matrixed environment, and has experience working with Walmart digital systems (Item 360, RetailLink).
Key Responsibilities
Content Management (60%)
β’ Owns and leads content syndication for Walmart and Samβs Club product detail pages (PDPs).
β’ Partners closely with the content team to prioritize items and ensure syndication is optimized per retailer.
β’ Conducts regular content audits to identify and close gaps in content quality.
β’ Collaborates with sales teams to ensure new items are submitted for .com content development.
Item Maintenance (20%)
β’ Ensures all SKUs are live, transactable, and compliant across Walmart.com and SamsClub.com.
β’ Troubleshoots system errors and coordinates cross-functionally to support new item launches, campaigns, and online merchandising initiatives.
β’ Manages DCAL updates, product removals, and other catalog maintenance activities.
3P Seller Management (20%)
β’ Partners with legal and internal teams to monitor unauthorized third-party (3P) seller activity.
β’ Takes action to protect brand integrity and minimize channel conflict.

β’ Comfortable working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
