Our product collections center around home & housewares, impulse, pet, health & beauty, and automotive appearance accessories. We own two brands: S&T INC. and VIKING Car Care. This position will be working on the VIKING team. www.vikingcarcare.com About the Role You will be responsible for managing and keeping relevant our product pages on the Amazon platform as well as other eCommerce platforms. This includes writing copy, creating a photo shoot list, reviewing images, etc. You will help identify new products through competitive landscape analysis. You will leverage data analytics tools and internal resources to improve market share on eCommerce. You will work with a collaborative team, synchronize with the social media and graphic design team for the creation of new creative content that supports our eCommerce platforms. We will utilize conversion rates, CTR (Click Thru Rate), and track unit sales to help determine success. We create and endorse an entrepreneurial environment that allows us to be nimble. As part of the Car Care team, you will be hands on with our product on a daily basis. This position requires a unique blend of deep product knowledge along with passion for cars that ultimately translates into helping the customer make informed purchasing decisions. Due to the nature of eCommerce, timelines frequently change based on external needs and availability. This person should be adaptable and able to shift gears quickly. As part of a team, you will illustrate an intimate understanding of product knowledge, competitive landscape, category, and consumer behavior trends to position our product appropriately. Responsibilities β€’ Work with Product Managers, Digital Media, and Social Teams to create assets β€’ Adhere to the VIKING style guide β€’ Evaluate and gain insights from competitive PDP (Product Detail Pages) content and videos β€’ Employ Brand Analytics to drive data-based decisions and recommendations β€’ Deep understanding of Amazon’s policy and guidelines β€’ Setup new products on Amazon and ensure 100% content accuracy β€’ Create and deploy updates to PDP β€’ Write copy for all products and platforms β€’ Gain actionable insights through A/B Testing Qualifications β€’ A desire to learn and share knowledge β€’ Collaborator β€’ Clear verbal and written communication β€’ An Interest or appreciation for vehicle styling and appearance is a plus.
