This will enable you to identify and coordinate optimisation, personalisation and conversion opportunities. You'll be managing the entire testing process where you will identify requirements and work with key stakeholders to define specifications, test and analyse performance, providing reporting on findings and recommending new strategies to the wider Marketing team to drive improvements to digital customer experience.
Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
• Experience managing large optimisation programs in complex organisations, digital analytics, data and insights.
• Expert use of customer experience platforms such as Google Analytics and Adobe
• Confident approach to agency management, with an emphasis on building strong and effective relationships.
• Strong creative judgement.
• Highly organised, with the flexibility to manage and prioritise numerous projects at one time.
• Commercially aware and results orientated; able to analyse research and business data.
What can we offer you?
Along with a competitive salary, car schemes (including cars for family members), discretionary bonus, enhanced pension contributions, private healthcare, 27 days holiday plus bank holidays, 4 x life insurance & health & wellbeing support, we also offer a wide range of flexible benefits to suit you and your lifestyle.
