Job Summary:
Groupe Clarins is a leading global skincare and make-up company committed to innovation and responsible beauty. They are seeking a Coordinator for eCommerce Merchandising to enhance online customer experience through campaign management, inventory monitoring, and data analysis.
Responsibilities:
• Promotional Campaign Management – Lead end-to-end campaign setup and testing in SFCC, process GWP SKU creations, prepare project briefs, and schedule CRM activations.
• Inventory and Stock Monitoring – Monitor daily stock levels of promotional items and GWPs to prevent out-of-stock situations and escalate alerts to management.
• Website Quality Assurance – Conduct daily QA checks of key product pages, promotions, implement SEO content updates, and troubleshoot promotion-related technical issues.
• Data Analysis and Reporting – Prepare daily sales reports, maintain performance tracking spreadsheets, and compile competitive analyses to inform promotional strategy.
• Content and Asset Coordination – Brief site offer copy and assets, obtain translations for US and Canada markets, and assist with website content uploads.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, eCommerce, or related field (internships considered)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
• Ability to work independently while following clear directions
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency with Excel
• Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms and content management systems
• Fluent in English
