About the role We’re looking for a Copywriter to bring our brand personality to life through every word. From product pages to marketing campaigns, your writing will help our customers understand, connect with, and love our products. You’ll be the voice of the brand across digital channels, helping drive engagement, sales, and loyalty. You’ll collaborate across teams to ensure every piece of copy is on-brand, engaging, and aligned with our business goals. This role requires versatility, creativity, and the ability to switch between formats and audiences with ease. About you • Experience: 3+ years of professional copywriting, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce. • Brand Awareness: Ability to write with a distinctive, stylish voice that aligns with our brand identity. • Digital & Marketing Skills: Comfortable creating copy for product pages, email campaigns, social media, and paid advertising; SEO knowledge is a plus. • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in crafting, editing, and proofreading copy to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency. • Creativity: Skilled at generating fresh ideas that make our brand stand out. • Collaboration: Strong communicator who can work closely with marketing, design, and e-commerce teams. • Initiative & Ambition: Self-starter capable of managing multiple projects and taking ownership of campaigns from concept to execution. Key responsibilities • Product Copywriting: Write compelling product descriptions and category copy that highlight features, benefits, and brand identity. • Marketing Campaigns: Develop copy for email, social media, website banners, and paid advertising campaigns. • SEO & Optimization: Apply SEO best practices to improve search visibility and drive traffic to product pages. • Brand Voice: Maintain a consistent tone and style across all platforms, ensuring content reflects our fashion identity. • Collaboration: Work with marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to align messaging with campaigns, launches, and promotions. • Content Innovation: Suggest and develop new content formats and messaging strategies to enhance engagement and conversion. • Proofreading & Editing: Review content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines. • Stay informed on fashion trends, competitor activity, and e-commerce best practices to keep Threadbare’s voice fresh and relevant. • Suggest new content ideas, storytelling approaches, and copy improvements to increase engagement and conversion.
