Role description
Aspinal of London are looking for a talented Copywriter to help shape and amplify Aspinal of London’s online voice through engaging, persuasive, and brand-aligned content. You will be responsible for creating compelling copy across a range of platforms, including product descriptions, email campaigns, social advertisements, and press releases. In addition to your core writing duties, you will work closely with the Ecommerce team to support campaign briefing, ensure accurate performance and promotional reporting, and help maintain efficient budget tracking. Your words will play a key role in inspiring customers, driving engagement, and bringing the Aspinal brand story to life. This role is hybrid but will require attendance in person at least 1 day per week (usually a Wednesday) Key Duties β€’ Create captivating and accurate product descriptions that reflect the luxury and craftsmanship of Aspinal of London's offerings. β€’ Develop persuasive and on-brand copy for email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions and assist with email briefing. β€’ Craft compelling and concise copy for social media ads, effectively communicating product benefits and brand messaging. β€’ Produce articulate and attention-grabbing press releases to announce new collections, collaborations, and brand initiatives. β€’ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing, applying knowledge to enhance the brand's online presence. β€’ Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, merchandising, and social media to ensure alignment of brand messaging and consistency in all digital communications. β€’ Collaborate with external partners and agencies to enhance SEO and digital marketing efforts, creating captivating copy across the website. β€’ Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to elevate brand storytelling and marketing initiatives. β€’ Work with HR and internal teams on internal company communications Key Skills β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. β€’ Proven experience in copywriting, preferably within the luxury, fashion, or lifestyle industries. β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to adapt writing style to match brand tone. β€’ Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising. β€’ Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience in tools like Google Analytics. β€’ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. β€’ A creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and generate innovative ideas. β€’ Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus. β€’ Highly analytical with strong numerical skills, confident working with Google Analytics and other insight tools such as Power BI (preferred but not essential) β€’ A positive team player with a hands-on and proactive attitude. β€’ Experience working with a luxury brand preferred but not essential.
