Job Summary
AmeriLife is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Corporate Storefront Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of AmeriLife's Digital StoreFront (DSF), vendor management, and the identification, procurement, and purchase of a wide range of items, from promotional items for events to corporate employee swag to premium and luxury items for executives and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in current trends within major brands, including premium and luxury brands, and will work closely with corporate stakeholders to manage inventory and provide strategic guidance on new products that align with AmeriLife's values and brand standards.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Digital StoreFront Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of AmeriLife's Digital StoreFront (DSF) suite of offerings, ensuring sites are up-to-date and reflect AmeriLife's brand standards.
• Provide client and backend support for DSF sites, including product additions and modifications, training, order issue resolution, data management and other support-related tasks.
• Serve as the Digital StoreFront (DSF) brand champion, actively promoting the brand and its associated offerings
• Manage product listings, descriptions, and images to ensure accuracy and appeal.
• Monitor and analyze DSF performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
• Consistently research, assess and promote new trends in print, promotional items, and gifting across the enterprise.
• Vendor Management:
• Develop and maintain relationships with a diverse range of vendors, including those specializing in premium and luxury items.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Evaluate and select new vendors based on their ability to meet AmeriLife's standards and needs.
• Product Identification and Procurement:
• Stay informed about the latest trends and innovations in corporate gifting and promotional products.
• Identify and recommend new items that align with AmeriLife's brand values and strategic goals.
• Procure and purchase items for various corporate needs, including events, employee swag, and executive gifts.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality control of all purchased items.
• Strategic Guidance:
• Collaborate with corporate stakeholders to understand their gifting and promotional needs.
• Provide strategic recommendations on product selection and inventory management.
• Develop and implement gifting and promotional strategies that enhance AmeriLife's brand image and support business development efforts.
• Inventory Management:
• Manage and maintain an accurate inventory of print, corporate gifting and promotional products.
• Forecast inventory needs and ensure stock levels are appropriate for upcoming events and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient distribution and tracking of items.
• Coordinate and, when needed, handle local product pickup or delivery (Must have reliable transportation, must be able to lift > 35 lbs.)
• Event Support:
• Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, ensuring all gifting and promotional needs are met.
• Coordinate with event planners to ensure seamless integration of selected items into event logistics.
• Brand Compliance:
• Ensure all print, gifting and promotional products comply with AmeriLife's brand standards and guidelines.
• Conduct regular audits to maintain brand consistency and quality.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain management are a plus.
• Experience:
• 3+ years of experience in corporate gifting, promotional products, or a related field.
• Proven track record in managing digital storefronts and vendor relationships.
• Experience in luxury and premium brand management is highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
