This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) consulting practice, driving business growth, and delivering transformative solutions for our clients. The role demands deep domain expertise, strong client engagement skills, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in solving complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities Client Leadership & Business Growth • Act as a trusted advisor to CXO-level stakeholders in the CPG industry. • Drive business development through domain-led consulting, solutioning, and proposals. • Build and expand client relationships to identify new opportunities and partnerships. Domain & Strategy Expertise • Leverage in-depth understanding of CPG trends, including retail transformation, e-commerce acceleration, digital supply chain, sustainability, and changing consumer behaviors. • Guide clients in shaping their digital and operational transformation strategies. • Provide thought leadership through whitepapers, industry POVs, and client workshops. Delivery Excellence • Oversee consulting engagements ensuring high-quality, impactful outcomes. • Partner with cross-functional teams (analytics, technology, operations) to design and deliver integrated solutions. • Mentor and develop consulting teams to build CPG domain expertise. Required Skills & Experience • Industry Expertise: 12–18 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods sector, with at least 6+ years in consulting. • Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of areas such as category management, trade promotions, supply chain optimization, route-to-market, e-commerce, and digital marketing. • Consulting Experience: Proven track record of leading client engagements, business transformation programs, and large consulting teams. • Business Acumen: Strong commercial orientation with the ability to build, scale, and grow client accounts. • Leadership Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills at the executive level.
