We launch pioneering products to market across consumer tech, physical products, and world-first innovations. From viral campaigns to scaling e-commerce brands, we combine strategy, creative, and growth execution to deliver impact. We’re a remote-first team (UK timezone) with an office in East London, working globally with bold founders and innovation teams. The Role: Creative Account Manager We’re looking for a confident, creative, and strategic Creative Account Manager who thrives at the intersection of client service and creative strategy. You’ll lead campaigns end-to-end: managing clients, shaping concepts, writing copy, and coordinating design and ads teams to deliver outstanding work. This is a hands-on, hybrid role for someone who can run delivery while pushing creative and strategic ideas forward. You’ll play a central role in shaping outcomes, pitching concepts, and turning bold ideas into successful launches. What You’ll Do • Client Partner: Own day-to-day client relationships, lead calls, and ensure projects stay on track, on brief, and on budget. • Creative Strategist: Shape campaign routes, contribute ideas, and write copy for ads, pitch decks, and creative campaigns. • Team Lead: Manage and coordinate internal teams (ads, design, PR, dev) and freelancers, ensuring quality and deadlines are met. • Presenter & Storyteller: Confidently present creative concepts, decks, and reports to clients. • Data & Insight: Use Meta Ads, Google Ads, Looker Studio, and Analytics to create dashboards, track performance, and generate insights. • Innovation Driver: Work hands-on with AI and modern tools to streamline delivery, optimise workflows, and push smarter ways of working. • Agency Growth: Support pitches, new business, and internal process improvements as Blazon scales. What We’re Looking For • 3–5 years’ experience in a digital or creative agency • Proven ability to manage clients and lead campaigns end-to-end • Strong creative instincts: able to write copy, contribute concepts, and shape strategy • Comfortable working across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, Looker Studio, and Figma • Confident communicator and presenter, with attention to detail and organisation skills • Proactive, ambitious, and curious about future trends in tech, product launches, and creative strategy Bonus Points • Experience in startups, technology, consumer tech, e-commerce, or physical product campaigns • Knowledge of UX, PR, or brand storytelling • Interest in emerging tech, AI tools, and future industries Why Join Blazon • Contract role with view to permanent (6–12 months) • Remote-first with flexible hours (UK timezone) • Join a small, ambitious, global team working on cutting-edge launches • Big growth opportunities as we scale into new markets
