Weβre searching for a visionary Creative Director with strong ecommerce experience to lead the creative vision across D2C brands, agency clients, and investment portfolio companies. Youβll build brands from the ground up, creating identities that resonate with customers, crafting investor-ready brand decks, and producing high-impact social content that drives results.
Youβll lead and grow a creative team, implement cutting-edge AI imaging and video tools, and deliver massive, consistent output without sacrificing quality. Youβll work closely with our Media Buyer and Brand Manager to bring bold creative strategies to life.
Responsibilities
β’ Brand Development: Create brand identities, logos, and visual systems.
β’ Investor Assets: Produce brand decks, mockups, and presentation materials.
β’ Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage designers for high-volume output.
β’ AI Innovation: Implement tools like Midjourney, Runway, and Stable Diffusion.
β’ Collaboration: Partner with Media Buyer & Brand Manager to deliver ad creatives and campaigns that hit goals.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Marketing or Psychology (both preferred).
β’ Proven portfolio of ecommerce brands, showing a variety of brand identities, campaigns, and multimedia assets.
β’ Strong grasp of design psychology, typography, and color theory.
β’ Expertise in AI content creation for both static and video formats.
β’ Leadership experience with hiring, training, and managing creative teams.
β’ Highly adaptable, quick learner, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
