About the Role As we scale, we’re looking for a creative leader to elevate our visual identity, drive best-in-class creative execution, and help connect with our customers across all channels. We’re seeking a Director of Creative Services to lead and manage our in-house creative team and collaborate closely with external agencies. This role will be responsible for overseeing all creative development and execution—across digital, social, print, packaging, and video—to ensure brand consistency, creative excellence, and timely delivery of assets that drive performance and engagement. Candidates for this role must be based on-site and comfortable working from an in office environment. Responsibilities • Lead and mentor an internal team of designers, copywriters, and content creators. • Manage all incoming creative requests from internal stakeholders, setting priorities and timelines. • Oversee the end-to-end creative process—from brief through concept, production, and delivery. • Ensure all creative output reflects the brand’s visual identity, tone of voice, and values. • Partner closely with marketing, eCommerce, product, and merchandising teams to align goals and messaging. • Manage relationships with external creative agencies, freelance talent, and production partners. • Implement and improve creative workflows, project management tools, and approval processes. • Analyze creative performance across channels (especially paid media and email) and provide direction for optimization. • Own the development and ongoing refinement of brand guidelines. • Stay current on creative trends, DTC best practices, and consumer behavior to inform strategy. Qualifications • 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, DTC brand experience is a plus. • Proven experience managing and developing a creative team. • Strong creative portfolio showcasing a range of digital and brand work. • Deep understanding of creative strategy, brand building, and performance marketing. • Excellent project and account management skills with attention to detail. • Experience managing external agencies and creative partners. • Highly collaborative, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and project management tools (e.g., Asana). • Experience with video and photo production is a strong plus.
