As Creative Lead, you play a key role in defining and executing the creative vision across all channels. You’re a strategic, hands-on leader who balances creativity with commercial impact. You bring clarity, energy and innovation to everything you do, guiding the Creative Team to deliver world-class work that engages our audience and drives brand growth.

You’re fluent in what performs across TikTok, Instagram, digital marketing and e-commerce, combining visual finesse with audience insight to produce content that cuts through.

You manage multiple projects with ease, keeping creative work on time, on brief and on budget, all while collaborating closely with wider teams to deliver strategic impact.
THE ROLE
Strategic Support:
• Work closely with the founder and Head of Brand on aligning on creative strategy, direction, and campaign delivery.
• Lead the delivery of our creative strategy to deliver business goals, with a focus on creative excellence and commercial impact.
Creative Direction:
• Play an integral role in bringing the overall creative direction for NAMED COLLECTIVE to life, ensuring it aligns with our identity, target audience, and market positioning.
• Drive concept development and execution of visually impactful, elevated campaigns that engage and grow our community.
• Drive the creative output across all content formats, including image, video, digital marketing assets, and ecommerce content.
• Stay ahead of cultural trends, platform developments, as well as community and customer behaviours, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and digital marketing channels, to inform and elevate creative strategy.
• Champion innovation and elevate the visual standards of the brand through forward-thinking content and storytelling.
Leadership & Team Management:
• Line manage the Creative Manager and lead the wider Creative Team, providing clear direction, support, and developmental guidance to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Lead by example, motivating the team to consistently deliver high-impact work across image, video, and digital formats.
• Collaborate with department leads to drive strong cross-functional alignment and a unified brand vision.
• Oversee team planning, schedules, and delivery workflows, ensuring creative projects are executed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.
• Manage external relationships, including photographers, videographers, editors, and agencies, ensuring all creative partnerships contribute to elevated brand output.
• Oversee direction and management of all brand shoots, approving schedules, casting, locations and styling.
• Support the Senior Leadership and People Team by cascading key messages and aligning the team with business-wide priorities.
Creative Content & Channel Strategy:
• Own and drive the creative strategy and execution across all major brand channels, including e-commerce, Instagram, TikTok and digital marketing platforms.
• Ensure the creation of cohesive, strategic content that supports both brand awareness and commercial growth.
• Lead campaign ideation, shoot planning, and post-production processes, ensuring that imagery and video content are elevated, platform-optimised, and brand-aligned.
• Deliver and execute against the content strategy to connect performance marketing with brand storytelling, balancing data insights with creative ambition.
• Collaborate closely with performance, digital, and ecomm teams to optimise creative outputs that drive engagement, reach, and conversion.
A GOOD FIT
• 5+ years of creative leadership experience within an aspirational brand
• Proven success in leading and developing a multidisciplinary creative team, with a strong track record of coaching, mentoring, and elevating output across key channels
• Experience managing creative production across multiple platforms, including e-commerce, organic social, influencer content, image and video campaigns, and digital marketing
• Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate effectively at all levels
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to translate creative work into actionable, results-driven content and campaigns
• Excellent planning and organisational skills with a clear sense of prioritisation, creative ownership and attention to detail
• Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt quickly, multi-task effectively and thrive in a fast-moving environment
• A strong understanding of competitor landscape, platform trends and wider cultural movements across the fashion and creative industries
