Role description
HartSpan is a fast-growing e-commerce wellness brand delivering clean, effective, doctor-developed solutions for common health conditions. Our flagship product, Khelp, is a natural, seaweed-based solution for acid reflux that prevents symptoms at the source — without suppressing acid or disrupting digestion.
We’re looking for a Creative Marketing Manager to own content strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Email/SMS, and more — blending creative direction, performance marketing, and content operations. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has both an impeccable eye for design and a track record of driving measurable growth for DTC brands.
What You’ll Do
• Lead creative strategy across paid and owned channels
• Analyze performance and develop new ad concepts weekly
• Manage and brief freelancers, UGC creators, and designers
• Write hooks, overlays, scripts, captions, and email copy
• Maintain a 4-week rolling content calendar and creative tracker
• Support influencer outreach and coordinate content collaborations
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Descript, etc.) to ideate and prototype
You’ll Excel If You
• Are equally strong in creative direction and performance marketing
• Can write, design, or direct both with precision
• Have produced creative that consistently hits ROAS/CTR/CVR targets
• Understand consumer psychology and DTC best practices
• Are highly organized and thrive in high-context, async environments
Requirements
• 3+ years in performance creative, growth marketing, or creative strategist roles (DTC/e-commerce preferred)
• Proven success with high-performing Meta and/or TikTok ads
• Strong copywriting skills for UGC, email, and landing pages
• Proficient in Canva or Figma; eye for conversion-optimized design
• Experience managing freelance creators and editors
• Skilled with AI tools for creative workflows
Compensation & Perks
• Annual compensation: $75K–$85K (inclusive of base + performance bonus)
• Paid holidays + flexible time off
• 60-day trial period to evaluate fit
• Ongoing education: courses, conferences, and coaching with elite media buyers
