Position Summary In partnership with the Associate Creative Director, the Creative Producer is responsible for professional photo production at Heath Ceramics, and supports all Marcomm project management. This role contributes to a variety of photography projects, from lifestyle to product, across dinnerware, tile, and non-ceramic products. They bring an exceptional level of craftsmanship to every project they contribute to, are energized by a dynamic work environment, and thrive amongst the variety of projects in flight at any time. They are highly organized, think systematically, have a discerning eye for craft and design, and are eager to contribute creatively. Position Responsibilities • Photoshoot Production: Lead product and lifestyle photoshoots by coordinating cross-functionally with Heath team members and external photographers, videographers, and support roles to ensure high-quality photo assets are delivered on schedule. Collaborate with the Associate Creative Director to plan requirements, develop shot lists, and source freelance talent and locations • Asset Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of image assets, including intake, tracking edits and retouching, final delivery, contracts and licensing, usage, and archiving. Develop and refine organizational systems and processes (server and DAM) to ensure assets are easy to access, compliant, and effectively managed • Studio & Equipment Oversight: Maintain Heath’s photo studio and equipment by keeping it clean, organized, and stocked, coordinating with warehouse staff and buyers to ensure each shoot runs smoothly and efficiently • Project Management: Support marketing and design projects by attending meetings, tracking action items, documenting progress, and ensuring deadlines are met. Oversee and manage Marcomm projects, timelines, and tasks in Asana to ensure downstream brand projects launch on schedule Qualifications • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience • 3-5 years as a creative producer or project manager • Highly organized, excellent project management and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects at different scales and durations simultaneously • Passion for creativity, process, and design • Adaptable and flexible; able to pivot, prioritize, navigate project complexity • Experience with product photography and ecommerce teams and workflows Work Environment, Hours, & Compensation This is a full-time, exempt position, typically Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work for events or special shoots. While we embrace a hybrid work model, in-person collaboration is a valued part of our culture. Two remote workdays per week are available. This role is based out of our San Francisco office. The salary range for this position is $87,000 – $92,000, based on experience. Benefits We are committed to your health and well-being.
