Role description
Naked Nutrition is a fast-growing premium supplement brand looking for a sharp, highly organized Creative Strategist with a world-class eye for design and content + experience profitably spending at least $150k per month on Meta ads. This is a high-ownership role focused on the execution and quality of creative deliverables across Amazon, Shopify, email, and social.
Youβll coordinate across internal teams, freelancers, designers, and video editors making sure projects move forward smoothly, on time, and at a high standard. Youβll report directly to the CMO. Weβre not looking for someone to just keep things on track. Weβre looking for someone who can raise the creative bar.
What Youβll Do
β’ Own timelines, task workflows, and feedback loops for creative deliverables
β’ Turn direction from the CMO and VP of Growth into clear briefs for designers, editors, and freelancers
β’ Review assets for quality, taste, and alignment - not just typos
β’ Coordinate launch assets across Amazon, Shopify, email, and paid/social
β’ Track deliverables and hold team members accountable with reminders and follow-up
β’ Collaborate closely with design, content, and influencer teams
β’ Some design ability is a plus - e.g., making quick adjustments in Canva, Figma, or Adobe
Who You Are
β’ 3+ years experience in creative project management at a DTC or CPG brand doing $20M+ in revenue
β’ Exceptional eye for creative - you can recognize and push for top-tier visual work
β’ Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and proactive
β’ Comfortable managing timelines and people, keeping momentum through reminders and check-ins
β’ Clear communicator with strong written and verbal skills
β’ Experience managing freelancers and creative vendors (designers, editors, agencies)
β’ Fluent in modern PM tools like Monday, Notion, or ClickUp
β’ Bonus: experience working on Amazon or Shopify asset workflows
