About Us We're Digital Media Team, a fast-growing performance marketing agency based in Manchester, specialising in paid social, PPC, email marketing, and creative for eCommerce brands. We work with some of the UK’s most exciting names in fashion, lifestyle, and retail. At DMT, we're a close-knit team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and seeing our clients grow. Now, we’re looking for a Creative Strategist to join our team. Someone who can blend creative vision with commercial insight to craft impactful, data-driven ad strategies that drive growth for our clients. The Role As a Creative Strategist, you’ll be at the core of client growth, shaping and refining full-funnel creative strategies for Meta and TikTok ads. You’ll combine data, creativity, and eCommerce insight to guide your decisions. You'll work closely with our Paid Media and Design teams to deliver ad creatives that stop the scroll and drive conversions. What You’ll Be Doing • Onboarding calls with new clients to deeply understand their brand, products, and performance history. • Conduct audience and competitor research, developing detailed personas to inform highly tailored ad campaigns. • Build data-backed creative strategies based on research insights and performance analysis. • Brief designers and video editors on static, carousel, and video ad concepts, providing clear creative direction. • Write compelling headlines, hooks, and scripts that capture attention and drive engagement. • Oversee visual direction to ensure brand consistency and creative impact. • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain cross-channel alignment for strategic, cohesive campaign delivery. • Analyse ad creatives using MagicBrief, leveraging data to optimise campaigns and inform creative decisions. • Produce monthly creative performance reports to highlight insights and guide future strategy. Who You Are • You have experience in eCommerce, either agency-side or brand-side, with a strong grasp of DTC performance marketing. • You’ve worked with product-led brands and understand how to bring them to life through ad creative. • You stay ahead of the curve with the latest social media trends and platform updates. • You’re a strong writer who can craft compelling copy that engages and converts. • Strategic, creative, and commercially minded, you’re not afraid to challenge the status quo. • You’re confident with data and know how to turn insights into clear, actionable strategies. • You leverage AI to make your workflow smarter and more efficient. • Collaborative by nature, you enjoy guiding teams toward a shared vision and strategic goals. • Thriving in a fast-paced agency environment comes naturally to you, and you’re comfortable presenting to clients.
