Role description
Company Overview We are an affiliate marketing team specializing in social media marketing across platforms like Facebook and YouTube. We generate leads and sales for various industries, including insurance, financial products, home services, and e-commerce networks. We also create all of our marketing creatives in-house to drive traffic and conversions. About The Job You’ll help concept, create, and optimize ad creatives for multiple offers including, but not limited to, financial services, e-commerce products, and more. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting the team with daily essential tasks and quickly take on higher-level responsibilities as you prove your ability to deliver results. Your ideas will directly influence ad campaigns that drive revenue and profit. Responsibilities β€’ Assist in generating creative ideas, hooks, and ad angles for paid ads. β€’ Write basic ad copy variations and briefs for editors. β€’ Research competitor ads using Facebook Ad Library, Foreplay, and similar tools. β€’ Organize and manage our creative library for fast access and reuse. β€’ Monitor TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms daily to identify new trends, formats, and cultural moments. β€’ Work closely with media buyers and editors to make sure creative ideas align with performance goals. β€’ Provide organizational support by maintaining and improving current structures, knowledge bases, and spreadsheets. β€’ Conduct first-pass vetting of creatives before they go live. β€’ Track ad performance in Motion App and internal dashboards, flagging winners and losers. β€’ Communicate creative direction to editors and other team members. β€’ Use AI tools daily to brainstorm, write, and streamline workflows. Required Knowledge & Skills β€’ Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field preferred. β€’ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. β€’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment. β€’ Strong sense of curiosity and willingness to try new ideas. β€’ Interest in social media culture and digital advertising. β€’ Technologically savvy, with understanding of AI tools and features. β€’ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities. β€’ Willingness to learn new processes and tools to improve team efficiency. β€’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
