We're looking for a Creator Partnerships Manager to own and scale our creator program across key platforms and audiences. Reporting into the Head of Partnerships, you'll lead end-to-end influencer strategy and execution — from curated gifting and relationship management, to performance-driven campaigns that grow brand equity and sales.
This is a high-impact role for someone who lives and breathes the creator economy, brings structure to fast-paced environments, and knows how to turn creators into long-term brand storytellers.
Where You'll Spend Your Time
Creator Strategy & Campaign Leadership (40%)
• Own our global creator strategy — setting frameworks for always-on and campaign-based activations
• Build a network of creators — from micro to VIP — who reflect our values, aesthetic, and community
• Develop creative briefs that spark authentic, high-quality content aligned with brand standards
• Lead negotiation, contracting, compliance, and usage rights across all paid partnerships
Execution, Gifting & Community Building (30%)
• Manage seeding and gifting programs — from sourcing and personalisation to logistics and measurement
• Foster long-term creator relationships through thoughtful touchpoints and consistent communication
• Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless product delivery and integration with key brand moments
• Support local and seasonal activations through creator amplification and targeted outreach
Performance, Reporting & Optimisation (30%)
• Track and analyse performance across influencer and affiliate tools
• Optimise campaigns based on platform metrics, conversion data, and qualitative feedback
• Translate insights into actionable strategies — informing future campaigns and partner mix
• Report on KPIs (reach, engagement, conversions) to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
Requirements
Must-Haves:
• Strong relationship management skills — with creators, agents, and internal teams alike
• 2-4 years experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or brand marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and the wider creator economy
• Demonstrated ability to execute creator campaigns across seeding, paid, and affiliate
• Genuine interest in the health, wellness, beauty, or fashion space — and the cultural conversations around them
• Clear understanding of how creators contribute to brand equity, storytelling, and content creation
• Comfortable interpreting data and platform metrics to draw insights and inform decisions
• Clear communicator — written, visual, and verbal
• Familiarity with tools like Shopify Collabs, Aspire, Grin, or similar
• Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Bonus Points:
• Background in wellness, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
• Agency or in-house brand experience
• An eye for content — you know what performs and what doesn't
• Familiarity with brand guidelines, usage rights and creator contracting
• A book of contacts.
