About The Role As CRM Analytics Manager, you’ll be central to improving CRM effectiveness by creating robust measurement frameworks, insightful analysis, and actionable recommendations. You’ll help us understand customer interactions across digital touchpoints and identify opportunities to enhance performance, retention, and lifetime value. What You’ll Bring • 2+ years’ experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (e.g. Emarsys, Braze, SFMC) • Advanced Power BI skills (DAX, time intelligence, complex data models, scheduling, etc.) • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to source, process, and present data-driven insights • Proficiency in SQL across platforms and ideally Google BigQuery • Experience in AB testing, including design, measurement, and statistical analysis • Expertise in customer lifetime analysis, segmentation, loyalty, and churn modelling • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or a related field • Bonus Skills (Nice to Have) Ability to navigate large, multi-national organisations Experience with R/Python for analytics Familiarity with machine learning for customer segmentation Understanding of data pipelines and collaboration with Data Engineering teams • Desirable Extras Experience in subscription-based or ecommerce businesses Background in veterinary or pet-related industries A genuine love for pets!
