Role description
Messika Paris is a luxury high jewelry Maison, designed by Valerie Messika, daughter of the renowned diamond trade dealer, Andre Messika. Since 2005, Messika has been a growing leader in jewelry with over 500 Points of Sales worldwide across 90 countries. The Sales Associate role is to embody Valerie Messika’s passion and creativity for diamonds and jewelry design. The Sales Associate must be skilled at developing and nurturing client relationships, while identifying opportunities to expand upon the client’s personal collection of fine and high-end jewelry.
The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas. Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analyzing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Reporting & Analysis:
• Develop and maintain commercial dashboards to track key performance indicators across Retail, E-commerce, and Wholesale.
• Collaborate with HQ to launch regional KPI dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI.
• Support the monthly tracking of the margin back initiative with wholesale partners:
• Monitor monthly “Must Have” completion rates by door and by partner.
• Coordinate with Finance on accounts receivable status.
• Consolidate sell-out data, track & maintain accuracy of activations in DigDash.
Commercial Support :
• Compile performance data on DSA and incentive programs; coordinate rewards and remittances with HQ and Finance.
• Monitor B2B platform engagement; share usage insights with the Commercial team.
• Prepare reports, analysis, and supporting documents for wholesale market visits and trade shows.
• Assist with cross-channel regional sales forecasts and budget consolidation.
Client Data & CRM Support :
• Maintain and clean the client database to ensure accuracy and usability.
• Segment clients by behavior and demographics to support CRM campaigns and clienteling strategies.
• Assist in tracking CRM initiative performance and optimizing client journeys across retail and e-commerce.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
• Support the Marketing, Retail, and Commercial teams on ad hoc projects, business reviews, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
Skills & Experience:
• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, commercial support or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills; attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• French proficiency is a plus.
