A bit about the role... β€’ Responsible for the development and delivery of outbound communications activity supporting the National Lottery Marketing and/or across a particular set of the National Lottery suite of Games. β€’ Responsible for leveraging existing as well new CRM capability to support continuous optimisation of campaign activity. β€’ Responsible for shaping the player experience with marketing and insight teams to formulate a segment-based communications plan in relation to areas of ownership β€’ Own the appropriate activation to retention KPIs relating to specific Game and/or TNL activity area What you'll be doing... β€’ Responsible for delivering world class multi-channel CRM campaign activity in relation to Game/The National Lottery area of ownership β€’ Develop and optimise player communications strategy and plans that build engaging relationships with National Lottery players β€’ Leverage promotional incentives to drive additional value across Game/The National Lottery area of ownership ensuring we are optimising engagement and investment returns β€’ Input into coordinating weekly and quarterly campaign activity and overseeing successful end to end delivery β€’ Input into the evolution of the CRM Campaign Management Process to ensure successful and agile delivery of campaign activity β€’ Work collaboratively with the Data teams to influence the data development roadmap and measurement KPIs to support campaign activity and implementation β€’ Interpret information on player behaviour and attitudes from multiple sources to create insight that inform plans & briefs β€’ Responsible for developing continuous β€˜test & learn' initiatives to drive campaign optimisation β€’ Ensure overall compliance with GDPR and latest legislation relating to new communications channels, data approaches, promotions and messaging β€’ Ensure relevant Participant Protection CRM initiatives are being reflected as per Game campaign requirements β€’ Responsible for related Campaign and player CRM KPIs including activation, retention, reactivation and x-sell rates β€’ Deputise for Senior Campaign Manager when required β€’ Support on ad-hoc projects as necessary across the department What experience we're looking for... β€’ Experience gained within a B2C e-commerce environment in a CRM planning team, preferably in the gaming industry, a regulated industry, or specialist CRM agency β€’ Highly analytical and data driven. Experience using analytics packages and communications platforms to define appropriate contact strategy β€’ Excellent CRM planning skills β€’ Line management and coaching experience β€’ Proven track record in creating contact strategies and planning personalised campaigns that have delivered significant positive impact on key business metrics such as revenue, engagement, lifetime value β€’ Strong communication, stakeholder management and presenting skills β€’ Exceptional brief writing skills, and experience in presenting complex user journeys to a wide audience β€’ Highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter β€’ Highly organised - proven ability to proactively manage time effectively when handling multiple simultaneous project Key Measures of Success: β€’ Successful scaling and optimisation of CRM Campaign activity and related KPIs About us: We've developed ground-breaking technologies, built player protection frameworks, and have a proven track record of making lotteries better. β€’ Innovation - We pride ourselves on it!
