Role description
Mavi is seeking a highly motivated CRM & Data Analytics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing customer data, developing targeted strategies, and delivering insights that drive marketing effectiveness and customer engagement across our retail and e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about leveraging analytics to enhance the customer journey. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and analyze customer segments across marketing channels; develop and implement tailored strategies for each • Contribute to customer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement initiatives through data-driven campaign support • Collaborate with e-commerce, marketing, and retail teams to deliver insights that inform daily decisions and long-term strategy • Ensure data quality and accuracy across CRM systems; support cleansing and validation processes • Analyze and report on CRM and omnichannel retail data using tools such as Python, Power BI, and Excel • Assist in building and automating recurring dashboards and performance reports • Support A/B tests and campaign effectiveness evaluations through statistical analysis • Work with the IT team and external vendors on CRM platform improvements and data integration projects • Support loyalty program operations with customer behavior insights and campaign performance tracking • Stay current on industry trends, including AI and data analytics developments, and apply learnings to improve CRM and marketing effectiveness Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 1–2 years of relevant experience or internships in analytics, marketing, or related fields, preferably within a retail environment • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Basic knowledge of customer segmentation, campaign performance analysis, and loyalty programs • Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and/or Python is a plus • Eagerness to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
