The Impact You'll Make:
This sports organisation based in the North West is looking for a CRM Lead, who will contribute to the development and execution of the global CRM strategy. This includes building and delivering multi-channel campaigns for all business areas (Venue, eComm, Digital Collectibles & App & Web), using the full CRM tech stack. You will work closely with the Head of CRM, along with commercial teams across the business and the wider consumer marketing function to optimise both fan engagement and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
โข Support the development and implementation of CRM strategy across all business areas.
โข Build and deliver campaigns across HTML emails, Inapp messages, Content Cards & Push notifications.
โข Ensure campaigns are targeted and developed with the fans interest in mind along with ensuring tone of voice, positioning and targeting is considered.
โข Responsible for the idea generation, strategy development and execution of key global campaigns driving all marketing objectives.
โข Develop and maintain consumer lifecycle journeys & automations.
โข Use audience behaviours and analytics to inform every interaction, helping the organisation acquire new fans, re-engage existing ones, and deepen loyalty across every stage of the fan journey.
โข Use behavioural and transactional data to inform segmentation and targeting.
โข Drive fan acquisition and retention, increasing the known fanbase through data acquisition and logged in users, targeting key cohorts with strict targets relating to LTV.
โข Acquire new global audiences and drive fan engagement across all O&O touchpoints.
โข Analyse campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities.
โข Present insights and actionable recommendations to internal senior stakeholders.
โข Work cross-functionally across all departments, including Analytics, Content, Brand and Design, Commercial, eCommerce, Product, Technology, and Partnerships.
Your Skills and Experience:
โข Strong experience managing CRM campaigns, preferably with Braze.
โข Strong HTML skills for building campaign assets.
โข A solid understanding of technical CRM platforms and capabilities.
โข Competence in data manipulation using Excel.
โข Experience applying test-and-learn methods to optimise campaigns.
โข Ability to write concise and effective marketing copy.
โข Familiarity with behavioural and engagement-based segmentation.
