CRM Manager Leading UK Retail Group
£60k–£70k + Bonus + Benefits
We’re looking for an experienced Retail CRM professional to take the lead on customer engagement for one of the UK’s top multi-brand retail groups. You’ll drive personalised campaigns, optimise the customer journey, and boost loyalty across ecommerce and store channels.
The role
• Lead CRM strategy across the retail customer lifecycle
• Deliver targeted omnichannel campaigns to increase sales & retention
• Optimise journeys with segmentation, automation & personalisation
• Analyse customer data to improve loyalty and repeat purchases
• Ensure GDPR compliance and maintain data quality
You’ll need
• Proven CRM/loyalty experience in a retail environment (essential)
• Strong data analysis, segmentation & A/B testing skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, Braze)
• Basic HTML and solid knowledge of privacy regulations
• Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
