If so, we’d love to hear from you! We’re looking for a CRM Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our consumer-centric CRM and Loyalty plans. What You’ll Be Doing Strategy & Campaigns • In close collaboration with the CRM Manager, lead the design and delivery of CRM campaigns from concept to execution. • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to build engaging, on-brand experiences. • Use data and insights to drive segmentation and personalised communications. Performance & Optimisation • Partner with our CRM Tech Lead to analyse journey performance and identify opportunities for improvement. • Investigate issues and implement fixes to ensure smooth CRM operations. Consumer Experience • Champion a personalised, seamless online experience that fosters long-term loyalty. • Identify consumer pain points and unmet needs, and turn them into opportunities. Collaboration & Leadership • Work cross-functionally with teams including Brand, CX, E-commerce, Legal, and Commercial. • Align with global standards and best practices while prioritising high-impact activities. What You’ll Bring • A strategic, consumer-first mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Confidence in managing multiple projects and stakeholders. • A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills. • Ability to lead projects independently while knowing when to seek support. • Experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus, but not essential).
