Now, we’re looking for a Growth Manager (CRM & Lifecycle) to power our next phase of growth through smarter reactivations, high-performing referral flows, and deeply engaged customers. 💼 About The Role We’re looking for a hands-on, data-driven CRM & Lifecycle Manager to own how we engage, retain, and grow our customer base , from first click to loyal subscriber. You’ll lead all lifecycle comms (email, SMS, direct mail), conversion and winback journeys, and our referral programs. You’ll play a critical role in driving retention, boosting LTV, reactivating churned users, and turning leads into long-term fans. You thrive in fast, scrappy, high-tempo environments. You make quick calls with imperfect info, care deeply about the craft, and prioritise impact over perfection. You map the customer journey in the morning, launch three tests by lunch, and pull the results by the end of the day. If you’re a restless builder who moves at 2x speed, sweats the detail, and gets energy from seeing the numbers move, you’ll love it here. 🔥What You'll Own Lifecycle Marketing • Own the full customer journey: from lead nurture and onboarding to upsell, winback and retention • Audit existing flows, identify key drop-off points / value drivers, and prioritise testing roadmap across lifecycle stages • Design, experiment and optimise automated flows across email, SMS and direct mail • Build journeys for key moments (first box, skipping, reactivation, milestone rewards) Campaign Execution • Build and send weekly CRM campaigns that align with trading priorities • Use segmentation, personalisation and experimentation to increase performance • Drive an always-on testing cadence - A/B test subject lines, content, timing, personalisations and segmentation to incrementally lift engagement and conversion. • Comfortable analysing test results and determining statistical significance to inform next steps • Report on campaign metrics and drive continuous improvement Referral Program • Own and grow our referral program, drive word-of-mouth as a core growth channel through the optimisation of every touchpoint; creative, segmentation, targeting, incentives, messaging, and user journey. • Launch, manage and scale new referral channels across digital and offline touchpoints • Track performance; report weekly on referral volume, conversion, and new customer acquisition. Lead Conversion & Reactivation • Nurture unconverted leads and trial customers into full subscribers • Run targeted reactivation campaigns to reengaged paused and lapsed users • Define, build and use dynamic content that can be used across our customer touch points, using smart targeting to increase personalisation and engagement. Direct Mail • Plan and execute direct mail campaigns for reactivation and loyalty • Test creative, offers and formats to maximise impact • Collaborate with ops and CX to deliver a cohesive customer experience What Success Looks Like • Continued improvement in engagement across each customer touch point, resulting increased customer LTV across all segments • Consistent growth in referral-driven acquisition • Improved activation and winback rates for leads and churned users • High-performing, personalised CRM campaigns with measurable uplift • Fast experimentation velocity and learnings shared across the business 😊 What You Bring • 3+ years of hands-on CRM, lifecycle, or retention experience - you’ve run the playbook and know what moves the needle in the world of subscriptions • Proven track record launching high-impact campaigns across email, SMS, and direct mail • Sharp segmentation and testing skills - you know how to personalise at scale and learn fast • Able to set up A/B tests, interpret results, and translate data into smart decisions • Comfortable building and optimising automated journeys - onboarding, winback, reactivation, referrals • Commercially minded.
