Summary
We’re looking for a strategic, organized, and detail-oriented CRM & Loyalty Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of CRM strategies, loyalty marketing initiatives, and digital menu management. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, technology, and customer experience, helping to build deeper relationships with our customers, streamline digital touchpoints, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM & Email Marketing:
• Campaign planning and execution (copywriting, links, assets, builds, final review)
• Email list management and segmentation
• CRM workflows and lifecycle automation
• CRM platform updates and optimization
Loyalty Program Management
• Program strategy, structure, and evolution
• Technology integration and platform management
• Customer profile management and support
• Loyalty communications and marketing campaigns
• Rewards and incentive setup and maintenance
• Reporting and redemption analysis
• Staff training and enablement
• Ongoing testing and feedback implementation
Menu & Promotions Management
• Deals and discount strategy, setup and maintenance
• Brand and product management in POS system (Dutchie)
• Menu management (descriptions, assets) and implementation
• Review page moderation and upkeep
• Paid listings and promotional placements
• Inventory and manifest coordination
This role may also include other duties as assigned to support the broader goals of the marketing team and organization.

Requirements
• Experience with Alpine or Dutchie CRM preferred
• 3–5 years experience in CRM, loyalty, or e-commerce marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Data-driven mindset with experience interpreting marketing KPIs and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment
• Adaptability and comfort working across marketing, tech, and operations
