LONDON - HYBRID – 3 days a week

THE COMPANY
This high-growth D2C business is disrupting an overlooked market in the women's health space and they are currently going through a high-growth phase!
THE ROLE
As a CRM and Retention Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
• Own CRM and retention across the customer lifecycle
• Build and optimise segmented campaigns, flows, and logic in Klaviyo
• Work closely with creative, product, and data team, you’ll be the glue that connects it all
• Manage agency relationships who are designing the campaigns
• Drop straight into planning and execution for Black Friday
• Help shape how this brand speaks to its customers and retains them long term
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Prior experience in CRM and Retention marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or similar)
• Someone who's curious, proactive, and sharp will excel in this role
• A/B testing, segmentation, and automation experience preferred
• Bonus: some Canva or Figma experience to finesse campaign designs
