The Role The CRM Manager will play a key role in shaping and executing high-impact CRM and retention strategies across a diverse portfolio of clients. Working closely with senior stakeholders, this individual will ensure campaigns align with broader marketing goals while leveraging data and automation tools such as Klaviyo and Google Analytics to drive measurable performance. The role also involves mentoring and developing 3 x CRM team members, fostering a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities • Lead CRM and retention strategies, with a strong focus on personalisation, segmentation, and automation. • Act as the day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring campaign performance and ROI. • Mentor and develop the CRM team, promoting best practices and innovation. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, integrated strategies. • Lead reporting and insights, including Quarterly Business Reviews and detailed performance analysis. • Ensure world-class execution of campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo and Google Analytics.
