CRM Manager - Beauty
London - Hybrid (1 day in office)
Mat Cover FTC (12 months)
A leading beauty brand is looking for a CRM Manager to join their London Head Office on a maternity cover contract. You will be responsible for enhancing email and SMS performance; driving customer lifetime value and retention rate through engaging content and campaigns.
You will own the CRM strategy and roadmap as well as build and maintain an audience segmentation framework. You will be managing the CRM calendar and improving customer journeys.
Requirements:
• Advanced technical expertise in email and SMS marketing
• Experience in managing subscription communication
• Highly analytical
• Experience with Klaviyo or Ometria preferred
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation
• ESP migration experience is beneficial
