CRM Manager Hybrid – 2 days per week in Central London Salary: Up to £50,000 + benefits We’re working with a fast-growing online marketplace in the luxury/creative sector who are looking for a CRM Manager to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a premium consumer brand that has a highly engaged global community, helping to shape how customers discover, engage, and connect with the brand. The CRM Manager will take ownership of email marketing execution, optimisation and list health, ensuring the business delivers relevant, engaging, and effective campaigns. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, blending technical CRM processes with creative strategies to deliver an exceptional customer journey. Responsibilities • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for product launches and key releases • Own audience segmentation and targeting strategies to maximise engagement and revenue • Monitor performance metrics, spotting trends and opportunities to optimise campaigns • Manage email templates and assets, acting as a brand guardian for CRM design • Spearhead initiatives to maintain and improve mailing list health, reducing churn and boosting engagement • Lead the testing roadmap (A/B testing, frequency, segmentation) to ensure continuous improvement • Collaborate with data, product, design, and content teams to ensure CRM campaigns are integrated and impactful Experience • Strong hands-on experience with CRM/email platforms (Hubspot, Klaviyo, or similar) • Proven background managing CRM strategies in e-commerce, consumer tech, or a luxury/creative brand • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action • Strong copywriting and communication skills with an eye for detail • Creative flair balanced with a structured, systematic approach to CRM execution • Experience running structured tests and optimising customer journeys
