The Role
Theyโre looking for a talented CRM Manager to lead their customer lifecycle strategy and drive deeper engagement, retention, and loyalty across multiple markets. Based in Dubai, youโll take ownership of the CRM roadmap โ from segmentation and automation to personalisation and performance tracking โ across email, SMS, and push channels. Working closely with ecommerce, brand, and data teams, youโll build customer-first journeys that maximise lifetime value and fuel growth.
