The Role: This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll be responsible for planning and executing large-scale email and push campaigns. You'll turn business goals into creative and engaging communications that connect with our customers and drive performance. Key Responsibilities: • Own and manage end-to-end CRM campaign delivery • Plan and execute high-volume email and push campaigns across customer segments • Translate marketing objectives into engaging, creative campaign themes • Design and write email content that drives engagement and conversion • Build automated and one-off campaigns across the full customer journey • Collaborate with creative, performance, and product teams to ensure alignment • Track performance and use data to continuously improve results What They’re Looking For: • 3+ years’ experience in CRM, ideally in a high-volume e-commerce or retail setting • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms • A strong mix of creative and analytical skills • Experience writing and designing effective email campaigns • Confident managing complex campaign calendars and automation workflows • A proactive, commercial mindset and attention to detail
