A leading beauty brand is looking for a CRM Manager to join their London Head Office on a 10-month maternity cover. You will be responsible for enhancing email and SMS performance; driving customer lifetime value and retention rate through engaging content and campaigns.
You will own the CRM strategy and roadmap as well as build and maintain an audience segmentation framework. You will be managing the CRM calendar and improving customer journeys.
Requirements:
• Advanced technical expertise in email and SMS marketing
• Experience in managing subscription communication
• Highly analytical
• Experience with DotDigital preferred
• Strong understanding of audience segmentation
