Role description
CRM & Retention Manager - D2C Subscriptions
£55,000 | Hybrid (3 days in office - London)
Klaviyo | Lifecycle Strategy | High-Growth Brand
Looking to step into a strategic CRM role at a genuinely high-growth D2C brand? This is a chance to own retention comms and customer journey strategy at a business with real momentum and massive plans.
THE COMPANY
This is a direct-to-consumer health brand challenging taboos and scaling fast. Backed by Dragons' Den exposure, strong revenues, and product expansion, they're gearing up for an exciting few quarters - and retention will be key to that journey.
THE ROLE
You'll be the go-to for CRM - managing campaigns, owning flows, and working cross-functionally to make sure the right customers get the right message, at the right time.
Expect to:
• Build and optimise Klaviyo flows and logic
• Lead lifecycle campaigns and test strategies across the funnel
• Own performance, segmentation, and delivery
• Brief and collaborate with creatives, product, growth, and data teams
• Plug straight into Black Friday prep and retention-focused projects
• Help shape retention thinking across the whole customer lifecycle
YOUR SKILLS
• 3-5 years' experience in CRM, ideally in a D2C or eCommerce environment
• Klaviyo experience a must - from setup to segmentation
• Confident working cross-functionally
• Canva/Figma skills a bonus (but not a blocker)
• Proactive, hands-on and performance-focused
• You're happy working in a start-up and want to own and optimise
WHY APPLY?
• High-growth business with expanding product line
• Direct line into the Head of Growth
• Work closely with a founder who's driving real change in the space
• Strong internal progression - potential to move into a broader growth role
• Fast, commercial, start-up culture with serious ambition
• Be in before Black Friday, and own the comms strategy for it
INTERVIEW PROCESS
• Initial chat with hiring lead
• In-person task
• Potential founder chat
• Offers expected quickly
