CRM & Retention Manager - D2C Subscriptions £55,000 | Hybrid (3 days in office - London) Klaviyo | Lifecycle Strategy | High-Growth Brand Looking to step into a strategic CRM role at a genuinely high-growth D2C brand? This is a chance to own retention comms and customer journey strategy at a business with real momentum and massive plans. THE COMPANY This is a direct-to-consumer health brand challenging taboos and scaling fast. Backed by Dragons' Den exposure, strong revenues, and product expansion, they're gearing up for an exciting few quarters - and retention will be key to that journey. THE ROLE You'll be the go-to for CRM - managing campaigns, owning flows, and working cross-functionally to make sure the right customers get the right message, at the right time.
