Role description
We're working with a fast-growing women's healthcare startup that are looking for a CRM and Retention Manager to join them.
They're the go-to brand in their niche, with an incredible Growth team - all united by a mission to genuinely improve women’s lives.
As a startup they're going from strength to strength, with last year seeing phenomenal growth, and they're backed by world-class investors too.
What will you be doing?
• Managing seasonal email and SMS campaigns
• Owning and improving automated flows like onboarding, win-back, and loyalty
• Working with an email agency to deliver high-quality, on-time campaigns
• Keeping a clear A/B testing plan with simple goals and learnings
• Tracking performance, spotting wins, and making smart tweaks
• Getting hands-on in Klaviyo to build, test, and launch
• Using customer insights for smarter targeting and messaging
• oining a collaborative growth team and growing into broader retention areas such as loyalty, feedback loops, and new post-purchase moments
Who are they looking for?
• You have a solid background in D2C, and you're commercially savvy
• You have hands-on experience with Klaviyo or a similar CRM tool
• You have experience with A/B testing and performance analysis
• You have analytical curiosity and you're proactive in digging deeper into the data
• You have strong experience when it comes to retention
• You naturally stay up-to-date on industry trends and new strategies
• You're keen to join somewhere you can really get stuck in and have a big impact

💸 Salary: Up to £55,000
